LOCATION: Independence Oaks County Park, 9501 Sashabaw Rd., Clarkston, Michigan
TIME: Registration 8:00 a.m. at the Trailside Pavilion. 5K Run starts at 9:00 a.m./3K immediately following COURSE:The 5K Run winds around the scenic Crooked Lake on several challenging trails. The 3K Run follows the Lakeshore Trail around Crooked Lake. A map of the course will be included in your confirmation letter and/or the day of the race. ENTRY FEE: Free entry into the park. Tell park you are there for the Camp Fire 5K/3K Run.
Before September 10, 2007- $18.00 for pre-registered runners FREE T-Shirt if registered by September 10, 2007
After September 10, 2007-$20.00 for race-day registration $10.00 - for children 12 and under $40.00 - for family of four Group Rate-$10 /person, 10 or more Post race party immediately following run. Refreshments, awards and raffle results. All runners receive one raffle ticket. Additional raffle tickets 3 for $5.
Raffle prizes include: Hotel overnights, Dinners for Two, Camp Fire T-shirts, Gift Certificates.
Proceeds send low-income at risk youth to camp.
